The Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) and Techible, an innovative startup, recently conducted a workshop on “Business Model Canvas” at the Government College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) in Jammu. The workshop aimed to raise awareness about the Summer School Internship Program and teach students various business analysis tools.
This initiative is part of a recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between JKEDI and Techible to foster entrepreneurship development and provide high-quality internship and training opportunities for students in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The workshop was conducted by Parmveer Nandal, the founder of Techible, and focused on facilitating intellectual growth, skill development, and industry exposure across various domains such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, Web and App Development, IoT and Drones, CAD Modeling, and freelancing skills.
Techible has launched the Summer School Internship Program in Jammu, and similar workshops will be conducted in Srinagar in the coming months, catering to both school and college students.
The comprehensive program structure includes theoretical instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, enabling interns to explore interdisciplinary subjects and refine their capabilities in their chosen fields. Participants will also gain exposure to generative AI tools, receive guidance on curriculum vitae building, and access placement assistance to enhance their career prospects.
JKEDI and Techible jointly aim to empower the youth of Jammu and Kashmir by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of entrepreneurship and technology.
The collaboration is geared towards providing a significant boost to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Union Territory, enabling young minds to explore innovative ideas, develop entrepreneurial mindsets, and contribute to the region’s economic growth.
