Ola announced that the company would open sales for its first electric scooter on Wednesday evening at 6 PM. But later, it acknowledged the problems arising with the platform and website through a tweet. The sale was then rescheduled at 9 PM on the same day.

Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO of Ola then released a statement considering the problems faced in the buying process. As a result, the company has shifted the first sale of its electric scooter to 15th September at 8 AM.

Bhavish Aggarwal stated that the sale has been postponed as the company was facing technical issues while taking the sale live and processing payments.
