As a trailblazer in the project management consulting industry, my journey began with a deep understanding of Project requirements, technical analysis and a process-oriented approach to attain the intended outputs, training our dynamic team of people as per the client and project needs, which greatly prop up the project success. Construction projects are complex, demanding and challenging. Bringing all the complexities together and resolving the varying triggers and constraints in project environments motivates me to work in this dynamic field.

We communicate with our clients about the project flow and how we function, updating the project status and workflow by the way we manage the expectations of our clients proactively.

The workforce is the cornerstone of any successful organization. How does your company foster a culture of growth, skill development and empowerment among its employees?

Prior to delving into the project, we clearly defined the roles and responsibilities of our team according to the project requirements. Our team is involved at the very inception stage of the project, understanding the scope of services clearly, proactively planning for each deliverable in advance, continuous training and knowledge updates, our clear set SOP system for the project management, intermittent reviews and assessments for the defined roles are the factors which enable us to empower the team and our holistic approach on the deliveries helps them out to achieve the successfully delivered projects.

As a leader in India’s project management consulting sector, your company has likely faced its share of challenges. Could you share an instance where your team’s resilience and ingenuity triumphed over adversity?

Projects are complicated, time-consuming, and demanding. One of the projects on which we worked overseas demanded the preparation of the cost plan in a negligible time frame. Our whole team bifurcated the tasks into multiple segments and split up that massive structure into achievable milestone targets. Each team worked on their segment with greater effort, and the other audit team simultaneously checked the deliverables prepared by the costing team and corrected the outputs. In this way, within five days of the timeframe, we completed a massive project.

What is your advice to budding entrepreneurs aspiring to venture into the project management consultancy niche?

Gaining vast experience over years in the relevant sector is breathtaking but essential for establishing a business in the service sector. Developing skills, upgrading with technology, understanding client needs, networking, and building relationships are essential factors business aspirants need to know.
