Sula Vineyards to Test the IPO Market

Sula Vineyards

Sula Vineyards Ltd. Last month filed for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to captivate the growing wine market in India. The winemakers believe that it has over 50% shares that could help the company grow in India’s small but growing wine market.

The 26-year-old company, to make wine more fashionable and attract the youth of the nation, opened tasting rooms and hosted an annual music festival.

The estimated entry of the winemakers in the markets is quite perfect to attract more investors, as the IPOs have dried up a little in the Indian market, as much in the world concerning the recession worldwide. Though the company hasn’t disclosed its evaluation and planned the distribution of shares, the vineyards MD is confident that Sula will do well compared to two tech firms which are recently had a tough time in the market.
