COVID-19 pandemic caused destructive effect on employment in India. Amidst the increasing rate of unemployment, top Indian IT firms have stepped up for hiring freshers. Infosys, TCS, HCL Tech, and Wipro will add over 1.1 lakh freshers to their service.

TCS is going to hire booming 40000 freshers as like the last year. Infosys is hiring 35000 freshers this year. The number is much higher than that of FY2021, when they hired 21000 freshers. HCL Tech is raising the job opportunities up to 22000 for FY22. It is 50% more in comparison with the last year’s 14000 recruitments.

Wipro will also hire 12000 freshers this year, 33% more than FY21. The top four IT firms have combined 1.1 lakh jobs for FY22. After the devastating waves of pandemic, companies will need talent pipelines for their projects. This will boost the growth of IT sector.
