Being the exemplary Founder and Director and successfully leading AAPNAites’ Team of IT Commandos to provide and deliver personalized and perfectly pragmatic IT solutions to the global clientele. A Computer Science Engineer from the University of Mysore, India (1989), my professional journey prior to AAPNA was full of learning and understanding of IT businesses. In the initial years of my career, I got an opportunity to work with various small and large organizations in India and the US.
In 2022, I was bestowed with “ET Inspiring Leaders–North 2022” in the field of Fintech Software Development.
I was recognized for my great leadership, innovative thoughts, and ideas in making AAPNA a “Great Place to Work” organization.
I was also recognized as the “The Most Influential Business Leader” in September 2022 by Insight Success for my views, vision, and future ideas for building AAPNA as the Great Company.
Sharing my professional qualities and values greatly dmired by clients, I am a manager by example, leaving no stone unturned to make my team comfortable while at work, and have always believed in an ‘Open Door Policy.’

2020 – 2021 were undoubtedly unfortunate years for everyone in the world. However, AAPNA utilized these years to grow and show to the world that they are unstoppable. One of the toughest decisions taken by the management was to go completely virtual and operate in work-from-home mode permanently. This resulted in attracting talent which was earlier not available.
To make it successful, HR at AAPNA came up with various Employee Engagement (EE) initiatives and Special Benefits for its Commandos, like Leaders retreats, online festive celebrations, various kinds of games and competitions, health-related initiatives, coffee sessions with team members and CEO, to name a few.
Being an experienced leader, share your opinion on how the adoption of modern technologies like AI and ML is impacting the web designing industry you are catering to and how is your company adapting to this change.
AI and ML are completely revolutionizing the impact of IT. Almost all products and platforms today are incorporating these cutting-edge paradigms to enhance their offerings. This trend is not just limited to consumer products or B2C platforms; it’s also permeating the enterprise sector as well.
Enterprises are now looking for ways to incorporate these technologies into their business processes, which provides a great opportunity for startups and entrepreneurs. RPA, driven by AI and ML, is one of the key focus areas for us and we are committed to developing strong competence in the same.
Considering the current industry scenario, what kind of challenges do you face and how do you drive your company’s operations eventually to overcome these challenges?

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the web designing sector?
Your belief in yourself and the team you are working with are the key factors one must have to succeed in the industry. One must be a good learner with a positive outlook and great values.
A great organizational culture must foster respect for everyone and a true sense of inclusion, where every member of the team feels like an owner of the organization. Then and only then will every member contribute with full heart and soul to continue building the culture, which is a “MUST HAVE” for building a GREAT organization.
How do you envision scaling your company’s operations and offerings in 2023 and beyond?
At AAPNA, we are steadily growing at a healthy pace and do not intend to grow at a breakneck speed. We believe we are in the INFINITE game of building a GREAT COMPANY, and therefore, at every step, we reconcile and ensure we have robust, strong footings and don’t fall down. As a result, we move slowly, and as a result, our organization is extremely stable.
In 2023, our key focus is to expand our target market geographically, where we could cater to a wider audience, including small and medium-sized businesses, startups, financial organizations, healthcare providers and government organizations. We are also investing in technologies like AI, Hyper Automation and RPA to offer more innovative solutions to our clients.
