To know how, we at CIOLook India interviewed Abhishek, the highlights of which are given herein.

Sir, as a trailblazer in the EdTech industry, could you take us back to the beginning of your journey? What motivated you to step into this dynamic field?

My journey began with a passion for education and a belief in the transformative power of technology. I was inspired by the impact that quality education—or its absence—has on individuals and societies. Motivated to make learning more accessible and engaging, I entered the field of educational technology.

Initially, I noticed the challenges of traditional learning: limited resources, uniform teaching methods, and a lack of personalized support. These issues drove me to explore how technology could create more effective learning environments. With rapid digital advancements, I aimed to revolutionize education by enhancing learning experiences, supporting educators, and empowering students. From developing interactive platforms to AI-driven personalized learning, my goal has been to make education more inclusive, effective, and inspiring, impacting learners worldwide.

You are a known mathematician and educator, in addition to your management responsibilities? Can you tell more about the books and creative audio-visual learning tools that you have developed?

Thank you for the question! Over the years, I’ve worked on developing books and tools to make learning more accessible and engaging for students.

For mathematics, I’ve created resources tailored to simplify and deepen understanding:

  • ALPgebra breaks down Algebra into practical, easy-to-grasp concepts.
  • The Dilemma of a Point focuses on Geometry and Mensuration.
  • Let it be X explores Algebra in an intuitive way.
  • Beyond the Curves addresses the challenges of Calculus.
  • Brahmaganita v1.0 presents nine self-developed theorems, blending creativity with mathematical rigor.

To support Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation, I wrote LR DI Inception, a structured guide to mastering these skills.

I’ve also drawn from my fiction writing—The Man with Five Heads and Boogeyman: The Origins—to enhance language training. These works encourage creative thinking, which translates well into skills like comprehension and communication.

In addition to books, I’ve developed audio-visual learning tools that make complex topics relatable and easier to retain. The focus has always been on empowering learners by making the process less daunting and more engaging, equipping them with skills to succeed in exams and beyond.

iQuanta has emerged as one of India’s most blooming EdTech companies. Could you share the guiding philosophy that has propelled your organization’s success?

We are driven by three core principles: accessibility, innovation, and student-centricity.

This belief drives us to create affordable, scalable learning solutions that reach even the remotest areas of India. By leveraging technology, we’ve democratized education, giving every learner the chance to succeed.

The EdTech landscape is continually evolving. How do you ensure that iQuanta remains adaptable and ahead of industry trends, providing innovative solutions to your clients?

I fashionably say, “It’s all about staying relevant; even mosquitoes are popular.” In order to stay relevant in the ever-changing landscape of EdTech, there are some key strategies that we employ:

  • We invest heavily in research and development to stay current with technological advancements and educational methodologies, allowing us to innovate continuously.

  • Rigorous testing phases ensure potential issues are addressed early and user feedback is integrated.
  • Active participation in educational forums and projects ensures our solutions align with evolving sector needs.
  • We use AI to create personalized learning experiences that adapt to individual student needs, enhancing engagement and outcomes.
  • Robust support assists clients in maximizing product value, addressing issues, and providing best practice guidance.

Sir, your leadership style is often recognized as a driving force behind iQuanta’s achievements. Could you shed light on your approach to leadership and team building within the organization?

I prioritize setting a clear and transparent vision and direction for the company, aligning everyone’s efforts toward common goals and their respective roles in the broader mission. We foster a collaborative work environment where team members freely share ideas and work together to solve challenges. Regular meetings, feedback sessions, and an open-door policy ensure that everyone feels heard and valued. Recognizing hard work—whether through formal awards or informal acknowledgments—is a practice I deeply believe in.

I am also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. A diverse team brings fresh perspectives and ideas, enhancing creativity and problem-solving. Building an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and empowered is central to iQuanta’s ethos.

On a more personal note, I believe leadership is about constantly challenging yourself. For instance, I’ve acted in numerous advertisements for iQuanta, a role that demanded significant preparation and creativity. It wasn’t something that came naturally, but the process taught me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone, understanding new mediums of communication, and connecting with our audience in innovative ways. This experience has also influenced my leadership, reminding me that growth often comes from the effort you invest in unfamiliar challenges.
