The trend of making false promises and failing to provide adequate post-sales support to generate quick profits is gaining momentum, which could ultimately result in a loss of customer interest in the industry’s advancements. To counteract this trend, our approach is straightforward: to under-promise, over-deliver, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
