After working with the stalwarts of the industry, such as Tech Mahindra, IBM, and Tata Communications and doing an MBA in software project management, I decided to start a company of my own where I can deliver IT-related services to the people; that is, how ZIONIT came into the picture. Our USP is our expertise in blending innovative ideas with real-time technologies. Our products and services have positioned us as one of the most recommended application providers. Automation is our strength, and that is what we aim for.
Tell us more about Zionit’s offering and what makes it stand out in the cutthroat competition.
Our company offers services to schools, manufacturing, IT, Healthcare, food, and Logistics industry, and soon, we will launch another public application called ZIOSAFE. Our products are complete yet can be merged to give a new flavour. Our products are industry-centric, not service centric. As an experienced leader, share your opinion on how adopting modern technologies like AI and ML impacts the Applications Development space and how your company adapts to the change.
Modern technologies have created a huge impact on application development. People nowadays only want AI and ML-oriented or centric applications. Such technologies are faster, smarter, save 40% of the time and are so affordable that it has become the need of the present. It was tough to adapt at first but having experienced seniors and candidates in my team. I can proudly say that we are in a commanding position regarding modern technologies.
Considering the current industry scenario, what challenges do you face, and how do you drive your company to overcome them?
The current industry scenario is perfect for us because the shift towards newer technologies and smart ideas is actually where we thrive. We have a good command over modern technologies, and innovation takes place when we integrate CU technology with modern ideas. We learn something new daily and try to challenge ourselves, which helps us not lose focus and stay one step ahead.
What would you advise budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the App Development space?
My advice is plain and simple: plan but not too ahead, take risks, try to keep everyone together, and never give up. Respect your team; any success is always a team success. Try to work with what you know and just be confident about it.
How do you envision scaling Zionit’s operations and offerings in the future?
I would not like to scale anything right now because our operations and our offerings are a gift to our customers from our side.
