Adani group Aims to Build ‘Aero-Cities’ Besides the Airports

Adani Group

Adani Group plans to advance its real estate projects and airports built in the country, including aeronautical and non-aeronautical terminal operations.

The group aims to advance its airport by around 70 million square feet over 500 acres of land across all the airports and develop the cities known as ‘aero cities’. There will be hotels, convention centres, healthcare options, logistics, commercial offices, retail, entertainment, and other allied real estate segments in all these cities.

The group primarily focuses on hospitality chains like Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Hilton; in this plan, they are trying to develop the hotel. But the company and the mentioned hotels have not confirmed the news yet.

The portfolio of Adani Airports includes the cities Mumbai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, and Guwahati.

According to the website, the company is sighting to create ‘lifestyle destinations’ for travellers outside and inside the airport.
