Bata India boasts an impressive retail reach with approximately 2,100 stores across 700 cities in the country. This significant retail footprint has captured Adidas India’s attention, and the collaboration aims to leverage Bata’s retail strength for mutual benefit.

The talks between Bata India and Adidas India are said to be progressing toward their final stages, with both parties working out the specifics of the potential partnership. An official announcement regarding the outcome of these discussions is expected to be made in the near future.

In response to the news, Bata issued a statement confirming its history of successful strategic tie-ups with various brands, highlighting its ongoing efforts to explore opportunities for alliances, collaborations, and tie-ups in the Indian market. The company assured that it would provide appropriate disclosures as needed.
