After his software engineering experience, he tried to startup in IoT related projects, but unfortunately, it didn’t succeed. Later, he worked in the Solar industry for a couple of years to understand different ways to generate electricity without harming the environment.

Sir, please brief our audience about EVCFinder, its USPs, and how you are currently positioned as one of the most promising EV solution providers.

EVC Technologies provides End-to-End EV Charging Software Services to various stakeholders in the EV Charging Industry.

We have been working in this Industry for more than three-and-a-half years now. We clearly understood the user’s requirement and developed a solution in such a way that it delivers services as per the user’s expectations. Tell us more about your organization’s offering and what aspects make it stand out in the cutthroat competition.

We help Charge Point Operators and EV Charging network companies create their own network and Brand by providing End-to-End EV Charging White Label Software Services, including mobile apps and Charging Station Management Systems (CSMS) with their own name and branding. To maintain transparency and accountability, we use the Server and all third-party services like payment gateway, SMS and email gateway, etc., of the respective client only. This allows our clients to control data generated from their charging station network.

Being an experienced leader, share your opinion on how adopting modern technologies like AI and ML impacts the EV sector and how your company is adapting to the change.

AI and ML will play a major role in the development of the EV sector in the future. Generated data on driving patterns, charging-discharging patterns, battery, and other components’ performance will help to design AI models and develop better products in the future. We have not started implementing any of the modern technology in our platform yet, but we are keeping an eye on similar development happening across the World.

Considering the current industry scenario, what challenges do you face, and how do you drive your company to overcome them?

As an EV charging software solution provider, one of our major challenges is Integration with EV Chargers. Most of the chargers in India do not fully comply with the global standard OCPP communication protocol dedicated to communication between chargers and the CSMS software platform. We constantly guide EV charger OEMs and charger manufacturers to implement the protocol as per standard so that communication happens seamlessly.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs aspiring to venture into the EV industry?

As we all can see, the EV industry is one of the fastest-growing industries, not only in India but globally. It is a collaborative industry in which all other industries are directly and/or indirectly associated. EV Charging Industry, last-mile delivery, battery swapping, servicing and maintenance, rent and leasing, and battery recycling are a few of those.  

I strongly believe it’s the best time to Startup in EV Industry as per one’s interest and passion. This gives immense opportunities to build your career, contribute to nature conservation, and fight against climate change.

How do you envision scaling EVC Technologies’ operations, offerings, and accomplishments in the future?

We are recognized and incubated in ‘Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) MOTION – an S&T organization under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. We want to achieve many more such accolades.

Also, there is a huge demand for Quality Charging Station Management System (CSMS) to deliver a seamless EV charging experience to EV users. We developed our Scalable Services for not only the Indian market but the global market as well.

We have very exciting features to launch to improve users’ EV charging experience in the coming few months. Interoperability between multiple EV Charging networks is one of the important features we will launch soon.
